Terms of Service — ProleadSync

1. Scope of the Service

ProleadSync is a web application for analyzing public Instagram profiles and content. The platform uses official Meta APIs to collect public information legally and in accordance with Instagram's policies.

1.1 What We Do

  • Analyze public Instagram profile data (bio, metrics, public posts)
  • Provide automated analysis via Artificial Intelligence (AI) on profiles and content
  • Maintain analysis history and results in the user's account
  • Manage subscriptions for access to features

1.2 What We Do NOT Do

  • We do not access private data, direct messages, or private accounts
  • We do not act on your behalf without explicit authorization via Meta login
  • We do not modify, delete, or alter content on Instagram
  • We do not sell user personal data or engage in data brokerage

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of ProleadSync, you declare that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms of Service in full
  • You agree to the Privacy Policy and all applicable policies
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

2.2 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be able to validly enter into contracts under Portuguese law
  • You must not be legally barred from using the service

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • When: You can cancel at any time, without justification
  • How: Through account settings, "Subscription and Payment" section
  • Effectiveness: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

3.2 Refund Policy

General Rule: No Refund

Payments made are non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical error or exercise of the right of withdrawal (14 days) under Portuguese law.

4. Use Limits and Fair Use

We monitor usage to ensure platform stability. Technical limits apply according to your active plan.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights over ProleadSync belong to Rodrigo Silvano.

6. Definitions

  • "ProleadSync" = Instagram profile analysis web service
  • "Account" = Personal profile and associated data
  • "Subscription" = Recurring plan with automatic renewal
  • "User" = Any person with an active account
